We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive sales and expand our market presence in Gauteng. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the B2B electronic security industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in electronic security or similar industries
  • Sales experience in the South Africa / Gauteng region
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, from identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a natural hunter in business development
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor landscape in the security sector
