Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Gauteng team.

This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure that proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Solution Expertise: Experience selling software, data solutions, or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution selling within software or custom software development.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid SA driver's licence.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and solutions (preferred).
