About The Job

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote the company's HR products and services.

He / she will identify and establish relationships with new clients, develop business opportunities, and drive sales growth for HR products.

The BDM must be an expert in selling HR solutions tailored to client needs and have a strong ability to convince prospects of the value of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the HR sector, targeting companies with talent management, HR solutions, and performance management needs.
  • Sales of HR Products and Services : Promote and sell the company's HR solutions, including talent management, recruitment, training, organizational development, and other tailored HR services.
  • Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring client needs are met while meeting sales objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and HR service delivery conditions based on client requirements.
  • Growth Strategy : Develop and execute short and medium-term growth strategies for HR products and services in collaboration with the marketing team and HR managers.
  • Existing Client Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales or service opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, results, and forecasts to leadership.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest trends in HR products and services, technology, and best practices to effectively meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Education : Honours or master's degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional training in sales or HR management would be a plus.
  • Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, with proven success in selling HR products or services (talent management solutions, HR software, training, etc.).
  • Sales Expertise : Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
  • HR Sector Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR products and services, as well as challenges related to talent management, HR development, and organizational performance.
  • Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Client‑Oriented : Strong client service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships with senior‑level clients.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to the target audience.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market needs, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Languages : Proficiency in English (written and oral). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
