Job description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's comprehensive range of security technology solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the security technology industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Please note that technical experience in the product is not required, and it will be taught

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research and Lead Generation :

Identify potential clients and markets for the company's products and services.

Analyse market trends to develop strategies for reaching new customers.

Client Relationship Management :

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company's offerings.

Sales and Revenue Growth :

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Work closely with the research and development team to align products with market demands.

Coordinate with marketing to develop strategies that drive business growth.

Reporting :

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

Bachelor's degree, in Business Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the security technology sector.

Skills :

Strong understanding of security technology solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
