Bullfinch Recruitment is seeking a curious and data-driven Business Development Representative to help identify, research, and connect with high-potential clients across the global iGaming sectors.
This role suits someone who believes great outreach starts with understanding. You’ll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel, and our AI insight tools to craft outreach that shows prospects we know them before we contact them.
You’ll balance intelligent research with consistent outreach to build meaningful conversations. In addition to this you’ll seek leads for our other outreach methods. We value thoughtful communication. The ability to write like a human, think like a strategist, and build credibility through insight.
Lead generation and outreach: Conduct a mix of volume and high context outbound prospecting. Focus will be on high context, but from time‑to‑time you may be asked to alter approach for volume. You’ll be using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as the primary research and contact tool.
Research: Research and contextualize outreach by understanding the prospect’s business model, recent moves, and hiring needs before engagement.
Follow‑up management: Systematically follow up on non-responsive leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in GoHighLevel CRM system.
Pipeline management: Keep business development pipelines current with detailed prospect information and interaction history.
Data quality: Ensure all lead data and communication touchpoints are properly documented and organized in the CRM.
Tool adoption: Leverage AI tools (existing and new as they develop) to surface hiring signals, company news, and decision‑maker insights before outreach.
Performance tracking: Monitor outreach metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
