About the job: Business Analyst Training - 3-Month Contract

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric [Grade 12]
  • Relevant Technical/IT Degree or Diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in an end user-facing role
  • Experience in business process documentation
  • Experience in creating training documentation
  • Understanding of relevant processes and accountability in technology

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all incident, request, and change management processes (e.g., Requirements Management, Critical Incident process)
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and report non-compliance issues
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards like SOX and King IV
  • Follow IM PMO processes, including gate reviews
  • Uphold organizational values and foster good inter-departmental relationships
  • Participate in staff development and formal training
  • Deliver on strategic roadmaps and initiatives
  • Complete ad hoc requests in a timely manner
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and close out actions promptly
  • Complete training within specified timelines
  • Submit all strategic activities for approval
  • Ensure task closures are agreed upon by requesters
  • Update project plans, schedules, status reports, and baselines according to PMO governance
