What you will be doing
  • Eliciting, accurately documenting, and validating detailed business requirements from various internal teams.
  • Preparing clear and comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and test scripts.
  • Supporting critical data mapping, transformation, and validation activities across various systems.
  • Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordinating test execution, and meticulously tracking issues or enhancements.
  • Creating insightful reports and dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Excel to support data-driven decisions.
  • Maintaining and updating Agile artifacts, including JIRA boards, to accurately reflect sprint progress.
  • Collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
What our client is looking for
  • 3-8 years of proven business analysis experience within financial services, consulting or investment operations.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with analytical and reporting tools like SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.
  • Self-driven individual who's eager to continuously upskill in both technology and investment management concepts.
  • Exposure to credit investment processes, deal lifecycles, or financial instruments.
  • Understanding of data integration tools (e.g., APIs, ETL), workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), or CRM platforms is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models is required.
