Job description

Looking for a business analyst who has procurement and supply chain experience. They should have experience in Business Analysis with exposure to Systems and Systems delivery projects. The ideal candidate would also have experience with stakeholder engagement and training. The person should be pro‑active and self‑motivated, with the ability to work across several system delivery initiatives. The role will also include post go support of end users as well as selected system administration tasks (User access requests, reviewing PGLS support tickets). It would be desirable if the candidate has an understanding of the project management life cycles.

Requirements

Business Analysis

  1. Defining and documenting business processes
  2. Interview stakeholders and facilitate workshops
  3. Gather and document functional requirements
  4. Define operational and analytical reports

Systems Analysis and Support

  1. Coordinate with IT teams in System delivery
  2. Document test scenarios
  3. Review unit test results, participate in system integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing Assist with post go live support and end user support
  4. Support incident management

Comms and Change Management

  1. Creation of training material
  2. Support system training activities
  3. Support Change activities and communication
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required
  2. 8 years of experience in business analysis in supply chain management
  3. Knowledge of IT software development, including ERP systems, SAP systems, etc.
  4. Experience with IMS (intelligent media system) technology and infrastructure requirements for both large and small companies is desired.
  5. 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
  6. Understanding of the project management life cycles
