We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Mobile Apps tailored to e-commerce and trade sales environments. This role is key in enhancing our ERP capabilities to meet the complex requirements of operations, including purchase order processing, warehouse management, stock checking, delivery management, and sales. The ideal candidate will bring practical knowledge of digital marketplaces, web-stores and warehouse management systems and be familiar with both B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions.

As the Mobile Apps Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will focus on designing solutions that address the unique challenges across global products, providing seamless integration between the Apps and Klipboard’s vast range of products. You will drive strategic enhancements that keep KCS’s ERP solutions at the forefront of trade and e-commerce functionality, setting new benchmarks for customer experience and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert for Mobile Apps and eCommerce. Develop a deep understanding of Klipboard’s current offerings and their configuration capabilities. Act as the bridge between stakeholders, product managers, UX/UI designers and developers to ensure mobile products deliver maximum value and align with strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyse and translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.
• Requirement Documentation: Develop precise, detailed documentation for functional and technical requirements. Your specifications will guide development teams to implement effective functionalities based on market insights and customer needs.
• Solution Design and Validation: Partner with product owners and development teams to validate solution designs, ensuring compatibility with complex trade and e-commerce needs. Contribute to ERP enhancements that streamline workflows for B2B and B2C.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT activities, involving key users to validate system readiness. Design scenarios that capture end-to-end lifecycles, including purchase receipts, stock checking, delivery management, and warehouse management, ensuring readiness for real-world application.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business management, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in e-commerce or trade operations are advantageous.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role with significant experience in processes for trade and e-commerce environments. Experience in ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) and relevant certifications in e-commerce or trade management are advantageous.
