The Role

Social Media Representative. This role focuses on managing and growing the company’s online presence. You\'ll be the voice of the brand across social media platforms responding to customer inquiries, creating engaging content, and helping drive digital engagement strategies. It\'s an exciting opportunity to build community, support marketing initiatives, and represent a company that thrives on connection and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 1 -2 years' experience managing or supporting social media platforms
  • Manage and monitor daily activity across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaigns
  • Post regular updates and craft compelling content to boost brand visibility
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance
  • Stay informed on social media trends and digital best practices
  • Report on engagement, growth, and campaign outcomes
About You
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in social media, community engagement, or digital content
