Commercial & financial : Financial acumen and experience in adherence to budget, contract management and service level agreements more than 2 years
Safety & Global Manufacturing Standard
Problem solving skills identify potential problems and put the necessary in place to resolve the problem.

Proven Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
Geographic Knowledge of Freestate, Northwest and Gauteng Province
Distrubution / Courier Knowledge
Ability to work extended hours when required
Own vehicle and driver's license
Be prepared to travel and moved around between Provinces
Advanced planning abilities
High work rate and attention to detail
Well-developed communication skills
Must demonstrate initiative

To effectively measure and manage the outsourced services to ensure efficiency and contract adherence in terms of client relations, operational performance, commercial and financial performance, people management and development, quality management and continual improvement initiatives.
Environment and Facility compliance / risk mitigation.
Manage Staff (Direct reports) in line with BCEA and LRA
Setting Staff Performance Goals
Executing Staff performance review's
Client and business report are communicated on time
Identify & report discrepancies / irregular standards on daily basis and root cause analysis completed per deviation
Daily monitoring of departmental performance by achieving all daily KPi's
Creation and maintenance of repeatable & reliable processes activities according to quality policy
Ensuring collaborative staff engagement at all levels
Organizing, Planning and executing of daily work deliverables according to set agreements with clear communication
Ensuring all OH&SA regulations are complied with within area of responsibility
Improve productivity & efficiency on monthly basis
Current & Future State planning of Staff development and succession planning for direct reports
Management of QMS according to company policies and procedures
Staff Meeting / Time and Attendnace / Tool Box Talks / Training
Daily SOH check
KPI Measuring
Pick / Pack and Outbound checks to balance
Hiring of vehicles and armed estcourts from Distribution plan
Distribution of vehicles on weekly basis
Daily reporting and communication with client on progress (Pick, pack, dispatch, delivery and collection)
Packaging material management / ordering
