Maintain accurate financial records and organise invoices, creditor documents, and applications.
Reconcile accounts, match payments with statements, and assist with monthly reporting.
Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle payments efficiently.
Oversee SARS compliance, including VAT submissions.
Prepare payroll and employee payments.
Support the Group Financial Manager in ensuring effective financial control across the organisation.
Assist with ad hoc finance administration projects as required.
Matric Certificate and a National Certificate in Bookkeeping (ICB or equivalent, NQF Level 4).
3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with Sage is advantageous).
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
