As a Bookkeeper, you will handle all aspects of financial record-keeping and reporting, ensuring precision and compliance in our financial transactions. This role is vital in supporting our clients' accounting needs and maintaining financial health.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Prepare VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Prepare and assist with external audits.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for financial management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Support Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
