Beverage Service Professional

Deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury environment. We are seeking energetic, skilled, and guest-focused professionals to prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to hotel standards. The ideal candidates will have recent experience in hotels or upmarket restaurants/bars, strong mixology skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards
• Deliver excellent guest service and create a vibrant bar atmosphere
• Upsell beverages and promote specials to maximise revenue
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support events and activations

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in bartending in a hotel or upmarket restaurant/bar within the last 2 years
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, well‑groomed, and reliable
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a guest‑first mindset
