Job summary

A leading financial institution seeks a motivated individual to provide virtual and branch-based sales and service functions aimed at small businesses. The role requires a First Degree in Business Commerce and 3-4 years of experience in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience and customer service skills, contributing to the financial growth of clients in South Africa. This is a full-time position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in Personal/Consumer banking environment as a Customer Consultant/Personal Banker.
  • Behavioural competencies in articulating information and convincing people.
  • Technical competencies in risk management and active listening.
