Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and OHS Act.
• Experience as a baker assistant or baker in a retail baking environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce quality bakery products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with bakery products.
• Coach bakery assistants to improve production quality.

Skills

Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Creative orientation towards baking

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate in English

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent certificate
