Job Opportunity :

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and lead a team of automation technicians and programmers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development.

Project coordination involves conceptualizing, executing, and delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless handovers.

Technical expertise in PLC programming (Siemens / Beckhoff), HMI, SCADA, and robot programming (KUKA / ABB / FANUC / Yaskawa) is required for efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities also include conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, optimization, and quality assurance checks to guarantee project success.

Essential Requirements :

A degree or National Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Automation, or a relevant trade certificate is mandatory.

Proven experience in PLC and robot programming, preferably within the automotive sector, is highly valued.

Strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills are essential for effective team management and stakeholder engagement.

Personal transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary for work-related travel.
