Purpose of the Role

You will conduct comprehensive audits on supply chain procurement contracts and systems—specifically road logistics—ensuring alignment with governance requirements and SOX controls. From identifying missing documentation to compiling detailed audit reports, your expertise will drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document detailed process flows for effective auditing.
  • Perform audits on contracts and systems in line with governance and SOX requirements.
  • Analyse system data and contract compliance to detect gaps and risks.
  • Upload, file, and maintain complete documentation for audit evidence.
  • Review SOX tests and provide professional opinions on control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Compile and present comprehensive audit reports with recommendations.
  • Monitor corrective actions to ensure timely closure of findings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant 3–4 year University Degree.
  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in auditing, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, and SOX compliance.
  • Proven ability in process mapping, workflow documentation, and audit reporting.
