Job description

Multilocal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Client Operations Lead to manage the CSO team, ensuring timely, high-quality responses to client requests in line with SLAs. This role involves overseeing daily workflows, coaching team members, supporting career development, and driving operational improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams to refine processes, implement best practices, and enhance overall efficiency in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the team by conducting 121’s, OKR reviews, and goal setting.
  2. Enhance team skills by identifying areas for development and creating improvement plans.
  3. Manage workload distribution to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
  4. Ensure requests from Client Services / AdOps are addressed promptly and to a high standard.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Revenue Operations to develop and review best practices for operational efficiency.
  6. Lead inter-departmental projects with other team leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading client services or operations teams with strong people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and workload management abilities to meet SLAs and client expectations.
  • Knowledge of SSP and programmatic advertising.
  • Skilled in coaching, conducting 1:1s, setting OKRs, and fostering team development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a remote environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and improving operational processes.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
