Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for Associate Account Executive to be in Central and Northern New Jersey.

Our Surgery team focuses on delivering surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, addressing conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Responsibilities

Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.

Support the aligned Area / Region for all sales-related activities; upon successful completion of duties, will be eligible to compete for role as an Account Executive.

Be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.

Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads the customer to action.

Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.

Manage customer product questions and objections in a consistent manner with sales training methodology.

Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses.

Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room; case coverage.

Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge; conduct business in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

0 – 2 years of business experience

Ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and / or weekend) and / or relocate to an assigned geography as needed

Valid Driver's License issued in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience

Established business planning and forecasting experience

Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred

Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Excellence in process management and organizational agility

Documentation of successful sales performance

Ability to work in an operating room

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range : $55, – $95,.

This position is eligible for a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program and a company car through the Company's FLEET program.
