A leading hospitality company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance social media and digital marketing strategies. This full-time position requires a degree in Digital Marketing and 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include overseeing content strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, while adapting trends to drive engagement and revenue.
This is an independent role where the candidate needs to demonstrate great abilities to drive the social media and digital marketing requirements of the business. The individual will proactively come up with ideas and suggestions on how social media can contribute to driving more revenue to our hotels. The candidate will serve the needs of the business, our guests, and colleagues by leading a well-documented digital role within the Sales & Marketing Department for the Minor Hotels Africa Regional Office. They will aim to achieve the results set by the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager and the Regional DOSM, contributing to marketing and sales achievements.
Align ongoing strategy with both global initiatives and regional consumer behavior.
Monitor and update content across these platforms.
