Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in an SS Role.
• ARM Certified + Individual Development Plan (IDP) in place.
• A passion for product quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in achieving CHAMPS Standards.
• Learn to manage shifts according to company policies.
• Allocate responsibilities to employees and monitor performance.
• Ensure correct maintenance procedures are followed.
• Learn about forecasting and scheduling and create deployment plans.
• Ensure controls and procedures protect safety and security.
• Report any employee relations or customer service issues.
• Assist RGM with restaurant training programmes.

Skills

Prior supervisory experience in the QSR Industry

English Proficiency

Numeracy Proficiency

Computer Literacy – MS Office

Education

Grade 12 NQF Level 4 and preferably a suitably related tertiary qualification
