  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field - an Honours Degree is preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR management or senior HR generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of South African Labour Laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems, payroll administration, and talent development
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capability
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and persistence in achieving results

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Oversee Employee Relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
  • Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Legislation, Employment Equity (EE), and BBBEE requirements
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
