  • Assist the Bar Manager in managing the service and overseeing the bar teams.
  • Welcome, advise, and serve guests while ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Supervise a team of 10 to 20 staff members, ensuring their motivation and efficiency.
  • Organize bar events, managing guest flow for 600 to 1,000 customers.
  • Contribute to managing the economic and qualitative performance of the bar.
  • Drive additional sales and optimize the financial results of your department.
  • Manage bar stock and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.
