Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation and development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods, and techniques.

Job Description
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships through networking with industry leaders, regulators, policy makers, and business partners key to developing new ventures.
  • Business Development: Lead and manage the strategic plan for bulk business acquisition in line with Absa’s business unit strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence through research, reading articles, publications, internet, word of mouth, and networking to stay updated on market developments.
  • People Management: Coach, mentor, and manage team members to achieve business objectives and promote colleague development.
  • Operations & Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislation and developments within the business unit and banking industry that may impact the Business Advantage.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
