Duties will entail:

• Managing various outlets including CBD stores and stores in the Moot
• Staff management
• Food costing and stock
• Handle staff shifts and spot checking staff

We need someone with strong leadership skills and a no nonsense attitude. The successful incumbent will be driven and ultimately be the right hand man to the owner of the different outlets. Must have own your own reliable transport and a code 08.
