What You'll Do

• Respond to ALL new Meta ad leads, within 5 minutes, using call scripts and CRM and follow-ups
• Call, qualify, and book consultations for premium cosmetic dental treatments (Implants, Invisalign, Composite Bonding)
• Manage pipeline in CRM (track follow‑ups, status updates, and results)
• Maintain high conversion rates by following structured call processes
• Support with outbound calls for agency growth during quieter periods
• Track performance metrics and hit conversion targets
• You’ll primarily be calling leads from Meta ad campaigns.

Key Performance Metrics

• Fast response time to all new enquiries
• Lead to consultation conversion rate
• Consultation show‑up rate
• Treatment booking rate
• Accurate CRM notes, task creation, and pipeline updates

What We Need

Must Have

• 2+ years sales experience
• Telemarketing or outbound sales background
• Confident phone manner and target‑driven mindset
• Fluent English and data‑driven approach
• Tech‑savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet home setup
• Redundancy solutions for power outages and internet outages
