This role requires a friendly and outgoing individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, share the impactful stories behind their artisanal Ceramics, and meet sales targets. Retail experience is favored, especially in luxury or tourism sectors. The position requires working shifts, including weekends and holidays, and strong communication skills in English, with other languages being a plus.
