Responsible for driving an effective aftersales strategy across the dealer network, ensuring high technical standards, optimised stock levels, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent compliance with brand requirements.

This role supports dealers with workshop performance, technical guidance, service operations, and customer care initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 plus a recognised Diesel Technician qualification and completed apprenticeship.

Additional qualification in business development or transport management preferred.

Minimum 3 years in a regional aftersales management role within a dealer network.

5+ years as a qualified technician plus 2+ years in service management.

Core Competencies

Automotive technical systems, retail and dealer operations, legislation, sales and marketing principles, and corporate governance.

Industry Preference

Automotive sector, specifically commercial or passenger vehicles.
