Job Overview

To draft commercial and information technology related agreements such as software development, licensing, sale agreements, terms of use, API terms, etc.

Advise on commercial intellectual property aspects of transactions, data protection laws, data breaches, and AI regulation and ethics within the parameters defined by the legal entity mandate and associated regulations.

To act as counsel to the Bank during negotiations within the parameters defined by line management.

Qualifications

• Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: Admitted Attorney
• Experience Required: 5-7 years proven experience in legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents.
