A prominent solutions group based in Durban is seeking a Finance Administrator to manage daily administrative and finance support activities. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records and provide guidance on financial processes. A National Diploma or Degree in Finance or a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in finance administration or office management are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required, along with strong organisational and analytical skills.
Manage daily administrative and finance support activities. Maintain accurate records, files, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate invoices, timesheets, reconciliations, and financial submissions. Support budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries. Oversee office administration, supplies, and logistics. Provide guidance to admin or finance clerks where required.
