Job summary

A dynamic HR consultancy in Durban is seeking a Creditors Clerk to manage accounts payable processes. This role requires capturing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies. Ideal candidates should have at least 24 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, strong reconciliation skills, and proficiency in using Intact. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for liaising with suppliers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 24 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable role.
• Hands-on experience using Intact is an advantage.
• Experience with purchase orders, GRNs, and invoice matching.

Responsibilities

• Capture supplier invoices on Intact accurately and timeously.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs on Intact.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures for creditors.
