Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Accountant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and high-impact support across the division. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee effective financial control and monitoring across all aspects of the division
• Create and maintain a strong internal control environment
• Support the business through budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct forex analysis and reporting
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure high service delivery and support creditor management
• Manage stock control and general ledger processes, including manual calculations
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Assist with quarterly and annual audit processes
• Oversee tax management and prepare monthly VAT returns
• Apply sound quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills to support decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com in , , or equivalent
• Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
• 5–8 years’ relevant experience in accounting and financial control
• Proven experience in taxation, forex, and audit processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
