Responsibilities
  • Sell and market the company's full range of products to new and existing markets.
  • Service and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle all sales-related communication, including incoming calls, customer queries, product information, and pricing requests.
  • Prepare and manage accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant interactions, sales activity, and pipeline information.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or introduce new product offerings to existing clients.
