Position Overview and Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the PR Account Executive (AE) is to offer administrative support to the Account Management team with whom they collaborate.
- Anticipated to cultivate strong relationships with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- The AE’s demeanor should contribute positively to the overall team environment.
- Prepare fundamental content as necessary.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assignments.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements and assist the team in their preparations.
- Provide general assistance to both the team and the agency.
- Ensure that all communications, whether by telephone or email, are conducted promptly and treated as priorities, including necessary follow-ups to maintain momentum on business activities.
- Strive to develop strong relationships with all business stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Engage positively and energetically with all business stakeholders, whether in person, via telephone, or through email.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications :
- Relevant Public Relations Tertiary Qualification
- Completion of an internship / in-service training (advantageous).
- Computer literate, Office 365 proficient.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel, if required.
