Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient hunter sales person with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to help grow our business across the market unit.

This role involves hunting for net new sales within a focused list of strategic target accounts. You will be entrepreneurial, excel at building pipelines, creating, and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will promote IFS's award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to bring value to customers. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will help identify and qualify deals, leading to opportunities with both new and existing clients.

The position is within a high-growth market unit experiencing transformational growth (organic and inorganic). We are a dynamic business challenging industry standards and disrupting the global enterprise software space.

Our go-to-market strategy targets specific geographical regions and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance sales execution skills continuously
  • Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for designated industries
  • Create and maintain Territory and Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
  • Manage the entire sales process—from demand generation, understanding customer needs, managing RFIs/RFPs, building business cases, to closing deals—utilizing resources across a matrix organization
  • Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, accelerate deal cycles, and maximize value, ensuring customer satisfaction and references
  • Take full responsibility for annual sales targets and quarterly delivery
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, aiming for 4x pipeline coverage
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and global teams to foster collaboration
  • Maintain CRM and account data hygiene, along with accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience, with quota-carrying roles within the SADC region, across core industries and accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Understanding of sales processes, including cadence, forecasting, and reporting
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization, building relationships and securing support

Additional Information

Experience in enterprise sales within Asset Management or Service Management sectors is a plus.
