  • Social Media: Contribute to our social media calendar with ideas, graphics and, preferably, the ability to write engaging and optimised posts using excellent English writing skills.
  • Proposals: Work closely with our recruitment consultants to assist them with company proposal and presentation documents as and when required.
  • Data Integrity: Data input and reviews of existing data, ensuring that it’s useful for further analysis by the Head of Marketing and wider business.

  • Competitor analyses: Completion of competitor analyses across social media, websites and other activity.
  • Job board management: Ad-hoc management of day-to-day roles we post across our network of job boards.
  • Employer Branding: Working closely with our internal recruitment team, creating fun and engaging content that continues to make us a sought‑after place to work in the sector.
  • Ad‑hoc management of mar‑tech: Day to day management of different marketing systems critical to the functioning of the business (after training).
