Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices

Liaise with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and order management

Manage inventory and logistics across local and overseas stock points

Participate in team meetings and share best practices

Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and work independently

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment

Collaborate effectively with team members and manage projects efficiently

Resolve daily operational challenges with professionalism and precision

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, or a related field

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with suppliers based in China

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry required

Notes

· Job Type: Full-time

· This is a 5-day work week position. However, the employee will be required to be on standby duty after office hours for one week, on a rotational basis every four weeks.
