Job Responsibilities
Operations
  • Responsible for overseeing people, processes, and day to day operations to ensure that store performs in line with business KPI
  • Achieve Business KPIs set by management including revenue, labor and COGS and other expenses
  • Analyse store performance to align with business KPIs
  • Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
  • Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
  • Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
  • Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet
  • Serve as a role model to demonstrate excellent behaviour to lead the whole team
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors
Requirements
  • Atleast 2-3 years of working experience in F&B
  • Comfortable with Microsoft excel, word and Power point
  • Pleasant personality and results driven attitude
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
