Role Overview
  1. Oversee daily activities at the sushi kiosk, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  2. Manage and train staff, ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and customer service standards are met
  3. Monitor Ingredient levels, ensure proper storage, and place orders to maintain stock levels while avoiding waste
  4. Identify and report any operational challenges, performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance service efficiency
  5. Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between team members to deliver service and maintain positive work morale
Requirements
  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in food service, with specific experience in sushi being a strong advantage
  2. Proven ability to manage and guide a team, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.
  3. Understanding of sushi preparation techniques, ingredient handling, and presentation standards.
  4. Ability to ensure sushi is consistently prepared to high standards and that presentation meets customer expectations.
  5. Ability to handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining calm under pressure.
  6. Food Hygiene Certification
