What You’ll Do
Design & Visual Creativity
• Ideate, design, and develop digital assets across websites, social media, display ads, emailers, interactive campaigns, and presentations
• Create eye-catching key visuals, UI components, infographics, illustrations, and storyboards
• Design clean, user-focused interfaces with strong visual hierarchies, intuitive navigation, and pixel-perfect layouts
• Develop static and animated visuals for new and existing brand campaigns
Motion Graphics & Interaction
• Conceptualise and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, video content, virtual/augmented experiences, and social content
• Apply storytelling principles and visual effects to enhance engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative narratives to life through motion
• Experiment with new formats such as AR filters, virtual productions, and AI-generated visuals
Photography
• Plan and execute high-quality product photography for digital and social media campaigns
• Style, shoot, and edit product images that align with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives
• Operate photography equipment and apply lighting techniques to capture both studio and lifestyle product shots
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure imagery supports storytelling and visual consistency
UX Thinking & Prototyping
• Contribute to the design of user flows, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
• Solve UX/UI challenges creatively—ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless functionality
• Create low- and high-fidelity mock-ups that clearly articulate user journeys and content hierarchy
• Incorporate feedback and data insights into ongoing design iterations
Project & Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with creative leads, developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Stay on top of design and tech trends, sharing inspiration and insights regularly
• Provide creative direction and input during brainstorming and campaign development sessions

What You Bring
• Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Motion Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital design and/or motion graphics, with a strong portfolio to show for it
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya; experience with Unreal Engine or Spark AR is a bonus
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about emerging tech, visual trends, and pushing creative boundaries
