Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our team as system and solutions specialist. Specializing in system user interface (UI) development and ChatGPT persona creation. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering innovative solutions by designing intuitive UI components and developing advanced AI-driven conversational personas. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interface elements for system applications, ensuring high usability and visual appeal.
• Lead the creation, refinement, and optimization of ChatGPT personas to improve the quality, relevance, and engagement of user interactions.
• Integrate UI components with backend services and AI models, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to both UI and conversational personas.
• Document development processes, best practices, and technical guidelines to support team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and AI specialists, to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Solid understanding of AI conversational technologies and experience with persona development is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
