What You'll Do:

• Serve as DigiSalad's primary business representative in Singapore and APAC, establishing our local presence;
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities while building strong client relationships in the Singapore market;
• Lead client engagements from pitching and quoting to strategic project planning and financial oversight;
• Provide consultative Digital Strategy recommendations tailored to local clients' unique needs;
• Diligently gather client requirements and craft intelligent solutions;
• Report directly to the Director on Sales Leads and Market Developments;
• Develop compelling Business Proposals and deliver engaging pitch presentations;
• Conduct Market Research, including Competitor Analysis specific to the Singapore landscape;
• Identify and apply for relevant industry awards to enhance DigiSalad's visibility;
• Represent DigiSalad at Singapore networking and industry events;
• Leverage SEO and SEM knowledge to support client strategies (a significant plus)

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields in Singapore;
• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or related field;
• Experience in UX & UI Design is a significant advantage;
• Background in Web and Mobile production would be valuable;
• Strong Presentation Skills and Collaborative mindset;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin is a big plus;
• Previous Digital Agency experience highly regarded;
• Well-established network in the Singapore business community;
• Senior Manager roles considered for those with more experience;
• Business Development Executive roles possible for promising candidates with less experience
