A global travel technology company based in Singapore is seeking a Partner Support Analyst to assist partners by analyzing and resolving technical issues. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in APIs, SQL, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing support cases using Zendesk, collaborating across teams, and ensuring product availability.
