Job summary

A local service company in Singapore is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory or supply chain management, strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills. This role involves liaising with suppliers and outlet managers, preparing stock analysis reports, and may require traveling to outlets. The salary is competitive, ranging between SGD 3,300 and 3,600.

  • Conduct market research and source new products.
  • Handle inventory tracking and stock control.
  • Prepare inventory and stock analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and travel to outlets as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery terms
  • Conduct market research and source alternative or new products when required
  • Handle inventory tracking, stock control, and stock take procedures
  • Prepare inventory and stock analysis reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and travel to outlets as required
