About the Role
This is a permanent position working in partnership with medical and security experts to deliver high-quality medical, security, and logistical services to our members. The role involves responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from members traveling domestically or internationally, assisting with healthcare, travel, and security needs.

Ideal Candidate
Passionate about helping people with a natural empathetic approach
Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a commitment to adherence to policies and procedures, including data protection
Experience in a customer-centric, process-driven business
Solution-oriented, capable of working well under pressure with a collaborative approach in a demanding environment
Flexible to work as part of a rotating roster without restrictions
Extensive experience in a customer service role with a high level of professionalism

Working Hours
13-hour shifts
Working hours between 7 am and 8 pm
15 working shifts per month with 15 days off
Shifts typically 2 days on, 2 days off, or 3 days on, 3 days off
Office-based environment, no hybrid or WFH options
No night shifts; required to work on weekends and public holidays
Location: Office next to Expo MRT station
