Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to daily Office operations.
  • Assist with general office admin/facility tasks, managing of incoming calls, office upkeeping, meet and greet, escort guests to the meeting rooms, and helping with beverages, general courier and despatch arrangements.
  • Sort and distribute incoming physical mails.
  • Verify reimbursement claims, allowances, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate with banks on month end salary submission.
  • Handle some Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  • Arrange for pre-employment checkup with appointed clinics.
  • Assist in preparation of new joiner welcome pack and maintenance of employee handbook.
  • Updating and endorsing dental claims.
  • Assist in preparation of various HR letters, visa letters, employment certifications, immigration letters etc
  • Handle IT management with outsource service provider.
  • Assists the Managing Director with travel and expense reimbursement submissions.
  • Handling general sales inquiries and generate simple quotations.
  • Monitor open orders under appointed accounts and coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure on‑time delivery and customer updates.
  • Support order processing activities, including checks on purchase orders, order entry, and internal coordination to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics‑related matters such as delivery schedules, packing lists, and shipment documents with internal teams.
Job Requirements
  • NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2 years relevant work experience in Accounts and Office Administration.
  • Able to multi‑task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
