Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documentation and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, applying for health certifications, and ensuring timely documentation processes. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role operates Monday to Friday, offering a salary between SGD 2,800 and SGD 3,300.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms.
- Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Prepare shipping marking.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
