Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of warehouse operators. The successful candidate will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for incoming and outgoing activities and facilitate effective communication with Customer Service regarding shipment schedules. A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience and an ITE/Diploma in Logistics or a related field are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory skills.
• Ability to plan and conduct inventory management and cycle counts.
• Experience liaising with Customer Service for shipment schedules.

Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations.
• Guide junior staff to familiarise in achieving warehouse target.
• Liaise with Customer Service on shipment schedules and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower and conduct cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory.
• Assist operational issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
• ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience with supervising skills
• Possess Forklift license will be advantageous
