Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Update upcoming/ongoing vessel arrival to principals and vendors.
  • Process all necessary formalities and declarations timely to ensure smooth arrival/departure of ship assigned. (i.e. : ICA, MPA, Port Clearance).
  • Process crew documentation and certifications. (OKTB, SGAC, ICA SIGN ON / OFF LETTER, VISA)
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management.
  • Handling of Cash To Master's request including delivery on board.
  • Proficient in handling all Owners Husbandry matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in port agency or shipping operations
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills in managing multiple tasks under tight timelines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Email)
  • Experience in logistics, maritime, or operations-related environments will be an added advantage.
