Job summary
A dynamic technology company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the technical design and implementation across frontend and backend teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Python/Django, strong frontend experience with Next.js / React, and solid leadership skills. This position involves mentoring developers, ensuring high code quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. A genuine passion for hands-on development is essential, complemented by a focus on best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience in leading technical design and implementation.
- Expertise in security, performance, and scalability best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation across frontend and backend.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Review architecture, code quality, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Ensure best practices around security, performance, and scalability.
- Hands-on development alongside the team.

Experience: 6–10+ years
